How do I get unbanned from the Wynncraft Discord?

Recently my email account was hacked and I lost access to a lot of my accounts on multiple platforms, including discord. The bot or person who hacked me then sent out a promotion of a service to all my personal dms and servers, this includes the Wynncraft Discord. Obviously, they banned me for the promotion that I did not do, a bot did. I am now unable to rejoin the discord and am wondering how I'm supposed to get myself unbanned.

I would like to add that I am a paying member of Wynncraft, having VIP+ and bought pet packs, and would really like to be able to rejoin the discord as soon as possible.
