How do I get the Philosopher leggings?

    I can't find any information online on how to find this Fabled item called ¨Philosopher¨ and I really want it. I've checked on the wiki and on the official Wynncraft website and I can't find anything.

    Please help me :(

    i found one by just killing mobs at the level
    but check trade market
    or kill mobs at around the level or open chests in territories around that level
