How Do I Get Rid Of Quest Items

I have 2 climbing helmets and 2 factory helmets and they're just gonna take up bank space I don't have how do I get rid of at least 1 of each

 

If you havent figured it out yet, either put it in your daily chest or replace the item while your inventory is full, such that it cannot spawn back in your inventory

I dont understand that question. Just make it so it despawns and cannot be placed back into your inventory by the game

 

It doesnt drop. It despawns the moment it cannot be in your inventory
