How Do I Get Custom Walk?

I’m new to the server, i’ve downloaded the server resource pack, but like in youtube video, if u toggle perspective you have a kind of custom walk, how can I get it?

 

It's from a non Wynnmod I believe its called mobends

 

Its the mobends mod,
If your going to be using it in third person, might aswell download "Shoulder Surfing."
If you however, want to see it in 3rd person, the mod "Real First Person Render 2" is the only real way to do that, but alot of people find this effect... Odd.

Mobends is so, sooo cool :D

I wish there was a attack mod to compliment the different weapons wynn has though
