How Do I Get Behind The Fire Place It Wont Work!!

i am in the twain mansion and i threw emeralds in the eyes of the wither skull carpet bat nothing happens

 

Switch servers and try again. The hoppers sometimes get clogged for some reason we haven't been able to figure, since they're supposed to have sorting systems...

 

There should be a button to clear them nearby when that stuff happens.

 

I mean when this happened to me I kinda glitched through to open it.. So inside the fireplace, theres a button to open it back up in case you get stuck in the fire, so I teleported into the fire, pressed the button, then went in. So if you're a mage, try that, if not, try the suggestions above ^

 

I'm pretty sure it's an issue with server sided chunk loading that could be fixed, but the inability to consistently recreate the bug is preventing it for now.

Because that totally wouldn't be exploitable, crush the last remaints of immersion, or require dozens of hours due to the sheer amount of hoppers ingame

 

No, I get it. I don't want those buttons either, but this is still a problem and I said the first fix that came to mind. I hope you guys fix it properly in the future though. I've had it happen in other places before too (CSST most notably).
