How do I farm money prior to lootrunning?

Up till now everything I've heard of is "lootrun this lootrun that" but I can't unlock lootruns until later progression and a decent build. So my only options (lvl 85ish) are some raids and then caves/world events. But I don't know which areas are the most profitable for that type of content.

 

probably the selchar treasure diving. also the lowest lvl lootrun is lvl 85 so you could just do that.
