how do i change my mc on the forum account

    basicly my freind came to my house and changed my mc user name and i cant fix it for like a month idk why
    anyway when u go on my profile on forums it says my minecraft is still my old account so it dont take you to my stat page i just wanted to know if there was a way to fix this its probs realy easy im just kinda stupid
