How Can I Solve This Problem

    I have serious trouble, I can't complete the quest "The Envoy Part I" I'm stuck at the " Five Gears Diner" because when I get to that place I don't see Maxie so I wasn't teleported what can I do right now

    You need to go into the ventilation shaft to the right of the hiding spot. If you go over there, it may trigger for Maxie to spawn, or it may open anyway.
