    Kill mobs in the south-western corner of Rymek. They should be called Undead Prospectors and the drop gold and emeralds to buy gold.

    Another alternative to get Gold Bars is by killing sheep at the sheep pen right outside of Detlas, they should occasionally drop Pink Wool and the Pink Sheep of Greatness that spawns occasionally will drop one. You can bring the pink wool to the Pink Wool Merchant in Rymek and you can trade 1 Pink Wool for 8 Gold Bars
