How Can I De-connect Forum And Mc Account

Yes, I know it’s against the rules. I’m sorry. But I had this old forum account that I forgot the e-mail and password to. Again, I’m sorry for breaking the rules, but I couldn’t get the e-mail back, or remember the password. Is there anybody that could help me connect my MC account to my current forum account? I don’t really know who to ask about this. Again, really really sorry for breaking the rules. I completely understand if I have to be banned from the forums for this, any punishment that has to be put upon me I am fine with. Thank you.
