    So im doing a HIC run for the first time, and im now lvl 18 but i dont know how to get a better wand, what ingredients should i use for more damage, because my lvl 7 wand with a 2% walk speed ingrediënt does the same amount of damage as my lvl 19 wand ;3

    lvl 7 wand:
    Slow attack speed
    Neutral damage: 18-23

    lvl 19 wand:
    Normal attack speed
    Neutral damage 20-25

    Look at the attack speed. The level 19 wand has 1.5x as much dps.
