In the secret discovery "Ragni's Library", we learn that Bob has mastered 4 out of the 5 current classes, being assassin, archer, mage, and warrior. This must mean that he's experienced (if not mastered) all 16 of those spells...how overpowered would he be?

Imagine this. Ba'kal shows up, threatening to destroy Ragni, and he sees Bob walking towards him in the distance...with explosive arrows floating around him (arrow shield). He attempts to attack. Suddenly, Bob charges towards Ba'kal with a trail of flame behind him (charge), turns invisible (vanish), launches himself into the sky (escape), and chucks 3 smoke bombs at Ba'kal (smoke bomb). Ba'kal's vision is obscured. Whilst airborne, Bob launches a barrage of arrows (arrow storm), mixing in a few explosive arrows (bomb arrow), and hits the ground stunning Ba'kal (spin). He then sends Ba'kal 10 meters into the air (uppercut & multihit), wraps Ba'kal midair in ice (ice snake), and summons a FUCKING METEOR (the size of Ba'kal's balls for even trying to fight Bob) that crashes Ba'kal 100 meters underground, creating enough space for an underground city.

And that, my friends, is how Rodoroc was contruscted.

 

then how come we where able to beat him up in Bob's Reincarnation

 

It's the much weaker version of his normal self, and he wasn't using all 16 spells at once. He was using ~8% of his true power. If he was actually using all 16 spells, there would be no way for a single player to defeat him.

He also used his lifeforce to imprison the dern beast, so that's pretty cool

I'm pretty sure that the player is meant to kill him in a group, which hints the 3 player requirement to get into the tomb.
Whether or not we can do it solo at the level doesn't quite matter, conically that's what happens.
Either way, I'm fairly certain what the story is attempting to imply, and will likely be the case, is what bob couldn't defeat alone, we can defeat together.
There is more than one of us, and the lore acknowledges that.

Anya's penumbra says that "the lightest light cannot defeat the darkest dark." Oculism said further that it meant that only a person not affiliated with light, dark, or corruption could end the fight, and that the penumbra lore meant that the light and dark would be in an endless cycle of war.
We are now light creatures because Orphion and stuff.
So... I don't think we would be able to take down the dern beast
Also that means the players are anime protagonists

 

I don't think we could take down the dern beast anyways, he is a literal god.
I personally think what's going to happen is Orphion and The Dern Beast recombine into one.
Many reasons for this:
Orphion wants balance, killing the Dern Beast would break that horribly.
Next, the Dern Beast is both literally, and thematically a cosmic horror, if you don't know what that is I mean, here I guess

Something to note about that is the ability to kill the thing defeats the point, which answers why I say physically, but thematically?
Well, Wynncrafts main theme is exploration, and the Dern Beast is meant to be a counter-argument, what if we discover something we shouldn't?
Being able to kill him kind of ruins the point, the question could be asked again, what if there's something stronger then the Dern Beast? What then..
I think you see what I'm getting at, there isn't a way to thematically kill something like this.

That's why I think ultimately we won't beat him, instead, we will likely grow familiar and restore balance.
Will this most likely happen after some big fight? Yes, I think it will, but I don't think we will kill him.

 

Yeah I hope they change the lore to be light and dark are two sides of the same coin. Maybe you could say those allied with light are "good" and those with dark are "bad", but in reality, it is subjective. Now, Bak'al I consider to be the most evil person in the game. He is "bad" as in allied with dark but also commits war crimes for breakfast.

 

We will never be able to kill either Orphion or the Dern Beast. We can however weaken them, that will be the main point. You cannot kill something that is part of your reality.

Imagine the players would be able to harness all four classes in one. Will probably never happen but I would love the variety in combat a lot. Alone if you could combine two classes.
Imagine Warrior/Archer or Assasin/Archer. Maybe if you could go into a comprimise like class switching cooldown of 30 sec or only a specific limited arsenal of spells...

(>All existing forces of dark would be screwed)
