Tool Housing Plot Creative World

I recreated the housing plot with the bridge in a creative void world to make it easier to plan my house. I thought I'd make the world available in case anyone else wanted to use it.
I also made a few custom spawn eggs to roughly mimic some of the npcs you can purchase which I placed in a chest where the block merchant would be.

seriously how do you get it?

 

Go to your .minecraft folder and look in the server-resource-packs folder. You'll see a file with a long name made of letters and numbers and no extension. Add the extension .zip to turn it into a usable resource pack
