Buying Horse

I'm a lvl 26 archer and I bought a horse from my friend for the amount it costed to get from the "Horse Town." Earlier today, I was doing the quest involving Drale and the Cow Tunnels. I was dropping in my pass in the hopper, and my horse was switched with the cow pass. I accidentally dropped the horse into the hopper instead of the pass, and was wondering if I can buy a horse from anyone? I dont care what color, I just want one because its more conveniant. No more then 24 eb.
