Hive Vouchers / Hive Shop?

So I've actually never completed a Qira Hive floor. In some class builds I see items being used from the Hive Shop. So my questions are:

1) How do I obtain vouchers?
2) How many times can I obtain a voucher? Can I buy a complete air set for example?

after completing a floor in the hive, talking to the npc will give you the respective voucher for that floor after it's been completed
although only once, so to get more vouchers you'd have to do it again on another class

u can obtain a voucher from completing 1 floor/stage/element (idk ffs)
if u complete air element (for example) u get air voucher when u talk to the npc dud

u can only get 1 vouchers per elemental/stage/jhntbdfshjbnkzsefhkujy
so if u want a full air voucher set thingy u need to complete hive like 7 times
