Buying High Spell Damage Spectre, High Spell Damage Leggings Of Desolation Or Vaward, And A Good Memento

Title says it all, I expect the Spectre to be higher than 35% spell damage. As for leggings of desolation, I want it to be above 20% Spell Damage. Memento should at the very least have 2/4 mana regen along with above 12% spell damage and above 160 spell damage.
