Archer/Hunter Help High Spell Damage Build

    Ok , my friend asked me for a very high spell damage build. Please suggest any element build , but WITHOUT ANY MYTHIC BECAUSE WE ARE POOR!
    He said "Find me a build that does a lot of damage with the arrow bomb" something around 12-13-14-15k

    Make a build for level 100 ok?
