Mage/Dark Wizard High HPR Arcanist

ok, so I found out my problem (I think). It is that I am drinking potions a lot! So I need a decent build that uses: No Crafted, Lachesism, The Nothing, Time Rift.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
Side Note: If you can't fit in Time Rift, don't sweat it! I just use it for the Sorcery Majour ID, but everything else is non negotiable.

i added winded stacking on atree but you can edit the tree to a full arcanist if you want
