they are perfect items(100% all stats) if they are level 40
or if the item only has 1 stat that is rollable(ie acid, although i already have now)
I'm also looking to buy these items with these stats:
Cumulonimbus 90% overall stats, must have 96% or above on spell damage
Libra overall above 86% stats
Vaward above 77% stats, but must have 100% Spell Damage
Capricorn 90% overall or above, must have 3/3 Mana Regen and higher than 80% Spell Damage
Prism 75% or above overall stats
Dragon’s Eye Bracelet with 90% or above overall stats and the fire damage needs to be above 90%
A Singularity with 78% overall stats or above and higher than 70% in both Spell damages and walk speed
I'm also buying items that are between these percentages if they are between these level ranges
Level 41- 80
the uniques must be 98% or higher
the rares must be 87% or higher
legendaries 76% or higher
fabled 70% or higher
mythics 65% or higher
Level 81-102 items I'd have a bit more lee-way
in uniques, only 92% or higher
rares 81% or higher
legendaries 70% or higher
fabled 69% or higher
and mythics 64% or higher, but currently not buying
if the item has more than 2 stats, ill be able to buy them at a lower overall % (5% each stat)
keep in mind that I do take into account main stats(like mana regen) when buying items and they take priority

Do you mean that the uniques and rares from level 41-80 have to be 98%+ and 87%+ overall for you to be interested in them? Since the chance to roll a item like that is super low, so I don't think you will find any

 

exactly, and that is the reason im buying them, because they are extremely rare. and yeah, i've encountered only a tiny bit so far ofc <3
