Basically @reithal_yeet 's build, but with blue mask

You don't need more than 7/5 mana regen with 1 mana arrowstorms (also you have about 5 mana regen per 5 seconds base, so this would be about 12ish mana per 5 seconds)

 

You could just use Champion set all the way till 100, then you'd have to switch your build, good mana regen, decent health, and the raw health regen will help keep you alive, pretty good arrowstorm damage aswell thanks to that 75% spell damage bonus from Champion set.

As a level 92 Archer you should be able to go finish tower of ascension to get the set easily enough, theres probably better options then champion set at level 92, but champion set is fairly easy to get and works well until 100.

Since champ set requires no skill points, you ca dump all your leftover points into intel and defence and you'll be quite tanky and have low spell costs with lots of spam.

The morph variant I proposed has more eHP (no regen) and more (130~) xp bonus.

Pick any of these builds, they are both very viable to get you to level 100 :)

EDIT: Not saying Jeshi's build is worse btw. Regen is very nice to have. It is up to you, OP, to determine wether you prefer more xp bonus or better combat health regeneration :)
