ya, the same white rock that 'pure' was carved out of 400 years ago. (so is that when it crashed)

 

There was a color code puzzle that used pressure plates that then triggered different colored buttons in the same room Mehme was in. Once the puzzle was solved, it opened a door on the roof near the huge crystal ball. To access the crystal ball you could either do invisible parkour that was almost impossible and only stayed for a short period of time after the puzzle was activated or use a spell to launch yourself up. The door led to this strange room which led to another room with another puzzle which led to the last room which contained the hidden lore.

From what I remember the 2nd puzzle was incomplete and the 3rd puzzle required you to move an emerald block into a specific area using levers/buttons.

I think many theories will form from this.
I already have one forming in my head, but that won't matter if the old ??? becomes non-canon.

Some questions. How were you supposed to find the code for mehmes lab. I bruteforced it and what were you supposed to do in the first secret room of mehmes lab? Thats where I got stuck originally. There was a secret hopper under a comperator but I didn't know what to put in it

 

For the code you need to go to the three observatories at night time. You get three pictures that when ovrrlayed give you the code. The rest of the puzzles are just puzzle solving skills.
