    So, I have a level 70 profile. I should have Hardcore, Ironman and Craftsman unlocked.

    How do I choose the play modifications when starting up a new profile.

    On the side of the screen where you select the class, click on the bracelets labeled hardcore, ironman, and craftsman before clicking the class you want to play as.
