Hi I Got Another Question Lol

I recently resetted my skill points and got my intelligence to 128, and the menu said that i couldn't add any more intelligence points

I still hadn't maxed out my spell costs, though, so is the only way to get like 2 mana uppercuts is to get a spear that gives lots of intelligence or a special id?

 

You can get items like Dragon's Eye Bracelet, Slayer, Hephaestus-Forged Sabatons, etc to reduce the spell cost down without any major id's.

Also, I don't think there's any major id that affects uppercut or its spell cost as well.

You can get 2 mana uppercuts if you have 147 intel, but reaching an int that high isn't that efficient.

 

You can only put 100 skill points into a given stat. The rest have to come from your accessories or consumables. Getting 2 mana uppercuts with intel will probably not be worth the investment, and you would be better off either having 3 mana uppercuts or using a -spell cost item. The dragon's eye bracelet from Grookwarts is a good choice if you use defense in your build as it gives -1 uppercut cost with a fairly modest requirement.

 

1 mana bash (from draoi fair) + 3 mana uppers isn't a bad combo either

Tbh I prefer using dragon eye bracelet, but whatevs.
Also, don't trust wynndata if it lets you put in over 100 intel, always count how much extra sp over 100 you can assign.

Also, I'd only recommend shooting for 147 if you have an Idol
