You know what would be cool, if instead of telling me about SELLING scythe. I was told where to/how to get it!!
Rare drop?
Merchant?
Boss kill?
please tell me where to get it and how to please ;-;

 

A mob drop, like 99% of every weapon and item in Wynn

 

I've heard ToL is a good place to grind for level ~70 legendaries.

 

Just murder millions of Dead miners and Nether Fiends outside Troms, and you're bound to get it eventually. Works the same for the Light Forest in Gavel, or ToA like as stated above. (Make sure you have an air-warrior build, or you might want to stick to a rare that fits your build more).
