Hey Is There A Way To Get The Trick & Treat Rings?

dont ask me why i just want them... halloween is close i think.. dont care and i want spooky stuff so i want the rings... i know they are bad sut ap....
i heard you can get them from the grave mistake quest... err but i didnt get them do you get em only if its halloween? if thats so do you get anything from the other halloween quest with the haunted mask (ya know that level 21 quest...)
okey and if so this hallowynn will there be something special? i am expecting a new spoopy quest but maybe something else too? like the craftmas festival but halloweenie... k? no shait welp
