    Professions are a pretty big grind and aren't really good until like endgame, and are used in only a few quests
    But if you enjoy them, then keep doing them!

    As said above, professions are quite a big grind, but if you enjoy them, go for it.
    Also, if you ever need help with stuff here, stuff like the questions section and wiki can be very helpful.
