Help

I can't use my free crates by what I mean I can't get stuff out from them. Help, can you please explain in the comments?

 

I might be misreading but I'll see if I can get it figured out:

-If you mean you can't find where to use them, there's a dropdown menu beneath the shop icons to access all the stuff you have there (this is also where you'd find whatever was rewarded to you from the crate; cosmetics in the wardrobe, pets in the pets icon, for example).

-If you mean it won't let you physically use the crate (aka put it down and watch the lil animation), try moving to a more open, flatter area. If the animation gets interrupted, it'll just automatically give you the reward.
