Is there a way to get rid of a quest item that I clicked like 20 times, now I have 20 of them and can't drop them.. Please help lol

 

Put it in your crafting grid, fill your inventory with emeralds, and close out of it.
Also, this is duping, don't try to do it on purpose or share how to do it because it is bannable.

No, I mean you getting multiple of an item is duping.

 

How is me clicking something multiple times and getting a quest item that does absolutely nothing duping :/

 

Doesn't matter, people could still use it on other items. Duping isnt how valuable it is, but the act of making more of some item.
I think you're ok though, since you didn't do it on purpose, don't worry.
