Help?

Hey, I'm stuck on this quest, saying 'Tell Telvu the mage what happened'. And I've talked to him but all he says is 'Did you listen?' And something else. I've tried everything, even trying to take the wand and do it again, but it won't let me. I've tried /fixquests, but it didn't do anything. Is there anything to fix this?

 

You need to make sure you have one open slot in your inventory before leaving the cutscene. You should receive this item called “Rickeo’s Flame” from Theorick. Pass it to Telvu to finish the quest. Because you fucked up the first time, you gotta basically do everything again, from the part you go to the Temple of Time.
