Archer/Hunter Help With Return To Ether Build

I desperately need a new build for my L90 Archer because I skipped past most of L70+ and the L80-89 quests barely registering time with L81 Spiritshock which has T5 thunder powders, and now can use Return to Ether. What gear and accessories would have great synergy with RoT? Thank you!

 

idk depends on the build u are going for

 

It's a mainly agility based bow, but it's IDs encourage a spell build over a melee one. Crystal could work well for leggings being based on INT and AGI.

Also once you get lv99 if you still use this build Capricorn for boots

 

Maybe Third Eye (for raw sd and mr) / Sequencer (for hp, raw and % sd and some health regen)
Dreamcloud (for mr and elemental defs)
Crystal (for mr, ws and skill points)
Steamjet Walkers (for elemental dmgs, sd and ws)

Raging Wind (for ws, air dmg and agi)
Another Raging Wind if you have a second one, otherwise maybe Ghost? (for sd, ws and agi)
Squid Anklet (for mr)
Royal Cyclone (for ws/air dmg)

0 str - 20 dex - 75 int - 0 def - 60 agi to use everything (you only need 45 int if you choose Sequencer), at level 90 you'll have 23 skill points left, put them into agi I guess?

I'm not great with making builds btw but this might work I guess...
