Help With Point Of No Return Quest

I'm in the stage when you need to follow your soul and the fire things appear. I've been trying for over an hour amd it does not let me pass. I LiTERALLY CANTO DO THIS STUPID QUEST. I'm honestly thinkin this is a bug now, because this eiher is impossible/glitched or just way to hard. Is there any advice or anything I'm missing. THank you
