Help With Modpack

I've been playing Wynncraft for a yearish and I've always wanted a modpack with a minimap (literally the only thing in a modpack i'd want) because I get lost easy and I'd love to mark waypoints for quests or other things. Those are the only 2 reasons I'd use the minimap. If the modpack has extra stuff that would be lit but a minimap is really all I need.

I however, have an older computer and as such the highest Minecraft I can run is 11.2 (I know it succ) because I cannot run newer versions of java to be able to run higher.

Anyway, I'd love it if anyone can link a modpack that 1) works with MC forge (I tried TL and it's buggy and doesn't work on my old computer and I know MC forge works) and 2) won't get me banned. I've tried looking up other modpacks but there are so many and I'm not sure which t0 download? I know you can get banned for certain mods and I really just want to be sure I get a good modpack.

Any suggestions? MUST BE 11.2 COMPATIBLE!

anyway pretty much any minimap mods are okay as long as it won't show entities (players, mobs, etc)

also, some performance improving mods would be useful to have too

What I use:

Wynntils - many, many QoL features specifically for Wynncraft
Optifine - zoom and performace
BetterFPS - better performace
Phosphorus - better performace for lightning
VanillaTweaks - sends to main menu instead of crash
(and some others I forgot)

I don't really recommend Journey map or any other map mods, as you maight get into problems. Cave maps and ANY entity radar are disallowed features.
