Help-want To Become A Builder

I have wanting to be a builder for wynncraft for so long but I didn't know how to join. I have been looking at the forms for a very long time and cant find anything. I have been practicing building for a long time and still I cant pass the challenge to find out how to ask and here I am asking these wonderful wynncraft heroes to help me to fix my problem.
