Help, Vet Tag Not Recieved

Hey guys, I have a problem, I have been playing wynncraft since December 2013 with my friend Jameroquai, he has received the vet tag and I did not. I would like to know how I could receive that as well. If there is a way to check when I joined wynncraft, I would love if a staff member could give me the vet tag, thanks -Drakomire

 

Were you both donors?

People only got the Vet tag if they were donors before Mojang enforced the EULA.

 

Veteran is awarded to players who bought VIP or VIP+ before the EULA change was added, thus removing gameplay benefits of VIP or VIP+ (I think). However the specifics are, you have to have bought a rank before some time to receive the tag.

 

No, actually, I was not a donor. If you had to be a donor to receive the vet tag, I don't think it is appropriate to only give it to donors for the reason that it is for veterans that have played for over 3 years.

The Veteran rank is mostly there to give slight perks to players who purchased VIP before the EULA. Players with the Vet will get a max of 15 soul points on new characters, and always have max bank slots, even before getting a class to 75. (Might be other stuff I missed)

 

The Vet tag has nothing to do with when you started playing. It was a way to compensate for donators losing some of their perks, like double xp.

 

Vip+ was introduced in the update where the vet tag was given out ;3

 

So what did eula do?

 

Make the game less pay2win; its pretty much mojang going: no more pay2win on servers

 

By being tough and threatening on the surface but actually a lot of servers don't actually comply with it. Eula=Less revenue, but Mojang did this to not let the non-donors feel unfair.
