Help, the quest doesn't teleport me

Quest:
Dwarves and Doguns IV
Stage:
Enter the body of Garaheth

Problem:
I am trying to teleport through the portal at 1486 148 -5121 (The big altar) but it doesn't let me. I have seen the little animation before this stage.

What I think caused it:
It might have to do something with the fact that my friend and I did it at the same time, he went through and finished the quest, but I can't teleport.

What I tried:
I have tried /class, switching lobbies, /fixquests. I have the staff of true ice and the amulet of fire resistance with me. This happened a few days ago, so it doesn't seem to fix itself with time.
I have also searched online for people with similar issues, and found one comment on linus10's video. But he was told to post it on the forums.

I am fine with a complete quest reset if that is the only way to fix it.

I've tried it already, doesn't seem to work, sadly.
