Help Please

So if I accidentally threw my chesnut horse into the hopper on the boat when I meant to throw in a boat pass, is there any way to get it back?

Ok, well, I just spent 5 LE on new horses, and not 1 black horse came out of it. I'm putting two horses in my inventory and making another one. is my luck just crap or am I doing something wrong?

Also, I'm a level 66 and I only have 3 EB to my name because of this horse thing. Is there anything I can do to like, reverse time or something?

I'm pretty desperate at this time.

 

Just luck, every time you breed, you have 20% chance to get a better horse, 50% chance to get the same tier, and 30% chance to get a worse tier (it can't be lower than brown).
