Help Me

so i was working on the quest Underice and i dropped the bait in the water to spawn the mythical everlasting pufferfish now it spawned i killed it but i didnt get the drop maybe it glitched out cause it was nowhere to be seen in the water so after that i read the forum post about lost items and to do /fixquests well i didnt get the fish back so im still missing that what i did get was: Witness report I, Witness report II, and Beathing Helmet I

wich the witness reports are from a quest i already completed and the breathing helmet is from the underice quest wich i already used so i need neither of the items but i cant drop them now

so my questions 1. how can i get the pufferfish
2. am i ever able to drop the 3 old quest items

 

1. Get the bait again from the mob, drop the bait in the water. Sometimes Wynn is buggy like that
2. Drag allthe unwanted items into a loot chest and close it, or, fill your inventory with emeralds (one in each slot) and then take the remaining emerald stack, put it in place of the unwanted items, and throw the item out. It will say "You need this item for future quests!" But it won't return it to you.

 

Other ways to get rid of quest items besides what Bowajility mentioned is to:
- Open your inventory and place the quest items in the 4 block build area. Fill the rest of your inventory like above with items (easiest is emeralds). Close your inventory and the item will be gone and you'll get the message about needing the quest item.
- Use your daily chest to place the quest item in (only chest that quest items can be placed in) and close it. The drawback for this method is that it can only be used every 24 hrs.

 

I meant daily chest My bad. Hadn't thought about using the crafting grid. Thanks for that option as well!
