    Well first, what legendary wand was it, no matter how you lost it, NO REFUNDS. Secondly, depending on your level, you might not get the wand for free. Check the trade market, and be ready to pay someone for it.

    Reticence? Well, that's a pretty low level wand, and I've seen it in the trade market very often. If you don't want to pay for it, I recommend using The Brain smasher or Kelight's toothbrush as a weapon.
