    Have you tried /class, /hub, logging out and back in, restarting Minecraft, or maybe just waiting for a bit?

    Also what version of Minecraft are you using?

    Use 1.12.2, and if that doesn't work try it without optifine

    Just looked up optifine for 1.15.2, as I didn't know it had come out already, and I quote "It is not yet stable however it is a working version."
