Help! Glitched Quest?

    I'm trying to do the quest called "Kingdom of Sand" and I'm stuck. I most recently was supposed to be getting on a cart to go somewhere, but when I did, I got stuck in a black box for at least 2 minutes before I just /kill. Now that I am back, I cannot find the cart and do not know how to progress on this quest. There is no cords or compass location. My current objective in it is "Look for the sceptre within the bandit hideout". My IGN is NightSkyBlade. This is my first post btw. Is there anyway to fix this or just reset the whole quest? Thank you.

    try going into the bandit hideout again, the quest might not have updated

    do what @Sir_Doomed said, was doing this quest on mage like 4 days ago and had the same issue... Going back to the hideout fixed it for me
