Help: Bugged Quest - Npc | Old Keys

    Hello! I got a bugged quest "Sewers of Ragni". On stage 3 of quest "Explore the sewer and find the blockage." there should spawn a NPC at the end of tunel (befor jumping to TNT) but it dont spawn for me so i cant go on with quest, and cant get acces to dungeon. What i should do? Can some admin restart that quest for me or something like that?

    Also i want to ask what can i do with very old keys to dungeons, like Skeleton Dungeon, Animal Dungeon, Silverfish Dungeon, Spider Dungeon, i got some of thoes keys and i dont know what use they have now, because there is a ton of updates from my last play, so i only know that thoes keys have no use now. Can i exchange it for other keys or something like that? Or they are just like "Junk Items" so i can just trash them?

    Have you tried going back to get it to trigger, or doing /kill and redoing the quest's steps? Or if it's the part I'm thinking of, did you do the short parkour and press the button?

    Also for the keys, there used to be an exchange merchant where you could trade them for the new keys, but it has since been removed. Old keys are basically junk items now, yes.

    Yes, i tried to going back several times, also i tried /kill about 3 times and redoing the steps, also i do the short parkour and pressed the TNT button, water takes me to another place but i cant enter it because its says "The horibble screams is heared from the sewers" or something like that, and to get out i must use /kill command. In stage 3 of the quest to find the barricade there should be an NPC before that short parkour to TNT, but it wont spawn for me, i also try to going ther with someone who doing that quest, and for that one NPC spawn but for me only NPC name has spawned, i try to talk to that floating name but nothing happen, so i still cant proceed with that quest :/
