Helmet gear skins stuck on item

    has anyone had this problem before? two of my helmets are stuck in its skin form, even when i don't have my skin enabled. I can't complete "Hunger of Gerts Part I" because of the skin.

    If you need another Gert mask you can just go back to the pumpkin farm and get a new one.
    Besides, Hunger of the Gerts really isn't a very important quest and can be skipped, and this bug probably won't affect anything else
