Assassin/Ninja Help Hecking Cataclysm Beta Build Help Pls

so after these nerfs i require some assistance creating a cataclysm build prototype that i can go for after the update drops or find a way to improve myself. i am mainly looking for 9.5k+ health, 7+ mana regen, not terrible defense (i dont super care about defenses but would like them to preferably be above zero, its ok if 1-2 are negative tbh), and maybe a little damage sprinkled in some where

also just a quick question: will warp be a viable non-meme weapon after some of these changes?
