    Can someone help me, as I cant figure out what I am supposed to do in the puzzle section of the quest

    It has a Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow blocks with buttons on them, with a display thingy on the wall.

    Edit: Figured it out; the key is on the floor. I was looking at some light arrangements on the walls instead

    The ones with Iron and Gold blocks? Click the buttons to match the pattern on the floor. (I didn't see the pattern for like 30 minutes, and then felt stupid it was on the floor.)
