Health Regen

I have a few questions about health regen,, and here they are:

- How does % health regen work? either it's just me or it does nothing noticeable.

-Why is base regen so weak? It's nearly a useless feature as a high level, barely noticeable.

-How does it work? I've noticed that when you're lower on health you receive drastically more than normal, but as you gain health, you gain less than what your identifications say they would give you per regen.

 

Health regen in percentages at a high level doesn't help a lot, that's fair enough. It's generally more effective at lower levels, where you have less skillpoints to dwarf the bonus stats in your items. As for the base regeneration process, you gain health faster at less health probably because it's logical. Although it should be giving you health regen at the same speed all the time, but sometimes other bonus stats affect it.
Sorry if that seems complicated, I'm not the best expert in the community when it comes to stats.

 

Health regen is weird... just stick with life steal.

 

In my experience, raw hp regen is more effective. It still regenerates the same amount even when you already are nearly full health.

% health regen does not make you regen your health faster... the lower your health compared to your max health the better % health regen gets. Meaning when you are close to max health it does almost nothing so in that area raw regen is better... however at low health % regen (imo) is better than raw regen.
