Has Uppercut's Cost Been Reduced?

Ok, this is a question that probably is easy to answer but there is a bit of confusion with me. I started to use morph and the uppercut but I noticed that uppercut costed 2 mana when I used it. Taking into account the -1 to 3rd spell cost, that should put the cost of uppercut to 3 at an int of 105. If you go into a warrior with no int and hover your int, it says that the uppercut should cost 10 mana but the 3 mana cost for an 10 mana cost uppercut would be 114 and not 105. Am I wrong in my assumption that we have the uppercut got its mana reduced but the intelligence in the book doesn't reflect it?

 

It's 9 Mana now for some reason.
