Has the final AHC boss's health regen been removed?

I won't spoil the names or what the boss is in case new players see this, but for everyone else who has fought the final boss, when I first fought it with a tanky low-damage Ignition build on warrior I noticed there being a lot of health regen on the bosses, however in 1.20 (or maybe around 1.20.1 or smth) many bosses seem to have had their health regen removed as a general change to all bosses, noticeably for me Corrupted Hashr which had been very hard for me on low damage builds, became significantly less BS when his health regen got removed/nerfed.
I'm currently stuck using Morph-Thrunda on my only lv 103+ class and I'm too lazy (and too poor) to make a tank build just to test this, so I'm just asking if anyone else has noticed the final boss's health regen being nerfed/removed.
