Hallowynn Masks

Hello guys,
I am making this thread to prove @__Agent__ wrong. He says that the Hallowynn masks were only obtainable for one month in 2014 near hallowynn. But you all know that that is wrong and is just a typo on the wiki. I do not have my own evidence so that is why I am asking you guys to say that you got the mask from completing the quest. The real reason I know why I am right is because I did it about a week ago leveling up my assassin and throwing it away because it was kind of junk. You can't even sell them at item buyers. @__Agent__ is trying to scam people in the buying them for 5 LE!!!! So that's why I am making this thread to make him stop. Thanks for your time guys, all I want to see is you guys posting if you got the masks when you complete the quest or not.

 

Before coming up to me, not only calling me a scammer, but a liar as well get some factual proof that Hallowynn Masks are obtainable.

I as well have had some personal experience over the summer multiple times proving people like you wrong ... I'd like to go see someone else do the quest too.

But here's what, prove to me they're back ... I'll throw out my 64, find 64 more to buy and throw those out as well...


Anyways maybe some other smart folks who would like to share their knowledge ... @X_Egoraptor_X @Jano @kolleden ... as in are these masks still obtainable?

 

Sorry to say this, but I just did the quest on my Warrior and I did not get the mask. However I do believe you were able to get the mask from the quest for a while after 2014 halloween, but I assume this was fixed. But please, do not call someone a scammer if you do not have solid proof, it can harm their reputation.

 

It was limited edition.

Sorry @alovablecat , @__Agent__ is right here. The Hallowynn Mask was only available during the Hallowynn update of 2014. It was rumored that it would become available again this Halloween, but that never happened.

I would consider 5 LE a fine price to pay for an item that was only available over a year ago and may not ever be available again.

I thin @__Agent__ is right, the Hallowynn mask is quite rare now and it doesnt spawn. @alovablecat Agent is also right with out proof that you got the hallowynn mask, your basically getting some one who knows what they're doing in-trouble.

 

First of all, I was there when you had this conversation with _Ag3nt. You completely ignored a staff member, GM or Builder, who told you that the ORIGINAL masks were only available LAST YEAR for about 1 week. From the wiki: "The Hallowynn Quest is the 2014 Haloween quest for Wynncraft! Available from Monday the 28th October until Friday 5th November 2014." We were also told that IF the masks were still obtainable, that they would NOT be the same as the ORIGINAL masks. Flatly, plain and simple, as long as I have known him, and as much trading as he does, I have NEVER heard anyone say that _Ag3nt has ever scammed them. Now, I have a Dark Wizard that I believe has never done the Hallowynn Quest, and sometime in the next couple of days I will run the quest, and let everyone know what happens. As I have about 7 or so Hallowynn Masks, if I get another mask, I'll be able to compare them. If I don't get a mask, well, I'll leave that for another day.

As I said I would early this morning, I did the Hallowynn 2014 Quest, on my Lv 37 Dark Wizard. I recorded only the end of the quest, because this was not a walk-through. As you can see, this is the 10th Haunted Mask mini-Boss that I killed, today. After killing this boss, I went through the portal and to the entrance of the quest cave. I walked out, zapped a few zombies, and made my way over to the Mask Salesman. The Mask Salesman took one of my Haunted Mask (Untradable Item) and started talking. I got my rewards: 10,000XP and 192 emeralds. The Mask Salesman sent me off with these final words: "To thank you for your help, I wanted to give you a special mask, but I'm out of it. Maybe next year?" I believe that we are clear on this subject, now. The rewards for the Hallowynn Quest, since Friday 5th November, do not include a Hallowynn Mask.

At this point, @alovablecat , I'm leaving what happens next up to any moderator that reads this thread. You made a screaming accusation against another Wynnian, without any proof of your accusation, then you asked for someone else to prove you right. You could have, and should have, posted a question in the "Questions" section about the availability of the Hallowynn Mask this year. Now, however, you've been proven wrong. _Ag3nt was not scamming you, in fact, he was offering you a LOW price for the Hallowynn Mask.

 

I think that's quite enough...
