    I'm thinking of creating a guild for my friends. But if I change my mind later is it possible to give ownership to someone else or disband the guild so I can join a different one?

    As ganon already said the oldest chief will be the new owner if you leave, but if there is no chief the guild will be disbanded. Therefore if there is a chance you want to disband it you should make sure no chief changes their name while being in the guild as they would get stuck and then they cant be demoted.
