Guild Warring Guides?

I feel this is more a question than a fit in the guild section, but are there any guides, forum, youtube, whatever, that gives a good run down of the current warring and how it works. I'm a new player (and new guild owner) and have absolutely no clue how to get into this.

 

I'm a very old player and would like to know as well. Gotta find out how to get that tome slot.

Note that to unlock the tome slot, you can fail wars and it will still count.

 

Thanks for the info, and I kinda plan to fail wars at the beginning just to figure out how they work -- it'll be a miracle if I win lmao.
